How can I register as a vendor on Duka?
Vendors can download the Seller Duka App from the Play Store or App Store to register. Alternatively, contact our support team via WhatsApp at +255 6234 409 095, email, or the Duka website, and we can assist you with the registration process.
Vendors are charged 21,000/= TZS per months as a handling cost. Additionally, Duka takes a 5% commission on completed orders, except for pay-on-delivery orders.
Customers can pay using online payment options, including bank transfers and mobile payments like Tigo Pesa.
